Supp _, 14 ERC 1083 (1980), submittal of a map <br />• is no longer required. For convenience of the regulatory author- <br />ities, the area of exploration will be the same as the mine plan <br />area shown on Map 1, Kerr Mine Plan. This map is at a scale of <br />1"=500' or 1:6,000. <br />The period of the intended exploration is five years. <br />Pursuant to In Re Permanent Surface Mining Regulation Litigation, <br />F. Supp _, 14 ERC 1083 (1980), Kerr Coal is no longer re- <br />quired to give a description of the basis of its right to enter the <br />area to be explored.
