Not having sufficient historic detailed local hydrologic information makes it difficult to <br />determine the reason for the drop in surface flow. If you have any hydrologic information <br />regarding the reason for the drop in stream flow that would implicate Mr. Rubeck's mining <br />operation as the source of the problem, please submit it to the DMG. <br />The review process for this application continues. An adequacy letter was mailed to the applicant <br />on February 15, 2002.
