ESPINDZA: Well, I'm speaking in behalf of my counsel with reference <br />to the resolution you passed here about a week ago. <br />MR. JDUFLAS: Name, please? <br />MR. ESPINDZA: Joe M. ESPINDZA: I wanna thank you all for letting me talk here and I'm <br />speaking in behalf to a resolution passed here about a week ago that we <br />welcome these people to come and have this project done, with this mine <br />people. And I -- speaking about the Battle Mountain, I -- I have been <br />acquainted with these people for over a year. And I was acquainted with a -- <br />a man running the Battle Mountain, Frank Dick en, here before Gary came over. <br />And, I think these people are sincere, honest. I have had reports from the <br />Battle Mountain Nevada where they're making the same project that they are <br />gonna make here in San Luis. And, these people talk highly about the way they <br />conducted their work over there. <br />Regarding the rest of Mr. Jaquez' complaint about the bridge, you know we had <br />a grant here a year ago, a state grant, to make a study on that bridge, also <br />the drainage and flood system in San Luis, and the study has been made. But, <br />nevertheless, that bridge has priority of all the other things that we got to <br />do.
