We have <br />received your list of concerns and hope that our response will be adequate. <br />III) Exhibit C a): <br />We feel we have identified all structures, creeks, lines, etc. within 200 feet of the permit <br />area. <br />IV Exhibit D a-1): <br />I have enclosed a copy of a drainage and erosion control report for this site. It has <br />locations and sizes for the detention pond. <br />IV Exhibit D b-I): <br />Blasting will be done on a limited basis. No blasts would be large enough for a monitoring <br />plan, Teller County has placed limitations on blasting if it requires the closing of Highway <br />67. When blasting would happen, all adjacent property owners would be notified. If there <br />is blasting to the extent that Highway 67 would be shut down it is not allowed. <br />IV Exhibit E: <br />a: In these areas we will have encountered solid rock, which cannot be ripped by a large <br />dozer, or we feel that the exposed rock will enhance the final reclamation. We feel the <br />exposed, solid rock, in these slopes would not cause erosion problems. <br />b: Minimum depth of topsoil is 1-I/2 inches with a maximum of 6 inches. All topsoil or <br />suitable material'will be salvaged and stockpiled. <br />c: Testing will be done for depth and to see if fertilizer is needed. <br />VI Exhibit G: <br />a: We plan to increase the width of the access road to 40 feet. The north edge of the road <br />would stay the same. The increased width would go to the south. We will install two 30 <br />
