Inventory of Man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit area. <br />The only man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit boundary are: <br />a) the ranch building in the permit area <br />b) the Carol Ann Schmidt dwelling immediately north of the permit area <br />c) the Carol Ann Schmidt ranch building immediately west of the Schmidt residence <br />d) Southern Pacific railroad tracks south of the permit area <br />i <br />e) power line and poles along Highway 6 ROW <br />f) State Highway 6 south of the permit area <br />2 ~Fgpj°eeri°~ Evaluation determioin~ that tpgprooosed operation will pot affect anv <br />structure outside the permit boundary <br />Obviously, the ranch structure in the middle of the west mine area will be destroyed. The landowner <br />has worked out this item in its lease with B&B. The other Schmidt structures to the north of the <br />permit area will not be affected since a berm will be cut from the existing terrace and the structures <br />will be at least 100 feet away from any mine activity.
