After the first twelve 112) months of operation or if twelve <br />(12) months of data are already available, compliance with only the daily and yearly limitations shall <br />be required. Compliance with the yearly emission limits shall be determined on a rolling twelve 112) <br />month total. <br />The permit holder shall calculate emissions monthly and keep a compliance record on site in order <br />to demonstrate compliance with the above emission limitations. After the first twelve 112) months <br />of operation, the permit holder shall calculate annual emissions by the end of each month. Annual <br />• emissions shall be calculated based on the previous twelve (12) months' emission data. These <br />calculated annual emissions shall be used to demonstrate compliance with the yearly emission li,nit <br />listed above. <br />This source shall be limited to a maximum processing rate as listed below and all other activities, <br />operational rates and-numbers of equipment as stated in the application. Daily records of the actual <br />processing rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made available to the Division fx <br />inspection upon request. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part B,III.A.4) <br />Processing of coal shall not exceed 28,000 tons per day, 400,000 tons per month, or 4,800,000 <br />tons per year. <br />Coal conveying shall not exceed 25,000 tons per day, 400,000 tons per month, or 4,800,000 tons <br />per year. <br />Coal crushing and screening shall not exceed 28,000 tons per day, 400,000 tons per month, or <br />4,800,000 tons per year. <br />Coal conveying in the reclaim tunnel shall not exceed 28,000 tons per day, 400,000 tons per <br />month, or 4,800,000 tons oar year. <br />Rock loading at the Dump Station shall not exceed 100 tons per day, 500 tons per month, or 6000 <br />tons per year. <br />Rock dust throughput in the Rock Dust Silo shall not exceed 25 tons per hour, 760 tons per month, <br />or 9125 tons per year. <br />051/7/7-29 <br />
