RECEIVED
SEP 0 4 2001
Oivisian ai Minerals and Gealugy
T0: DIVISION OF MINERALS AND GEOLOGY
!313 Sherman Street
Deliver, CO 80203
RE: CASE NUMBER M-2001-085
ADAMS COUNTY, COLORADO

I am in receipt of notice from Scott Keen, Project
Manager and Banks and Gesso, LLC regarding plans to re-open
gravel mining in the pit adjacent to my property at
11500 E. 124th Avenue, Brighton CD
I wish to express objection to this proposal. The letter
of PUBLIC NOTICE states your Division is not to receive
comments regarding truck traffic, hours of operation, effects
of property values, etc. However, these are of deepest
concern to me.
My concern lies in the over-maximum amount of traffic. on
124th Avenue, the resulting noise and air pollution. Having
even more of this type of traffic seems prohibitive to me.
Where will they be exiting the property and where will the
processing of the gravel be done.
FROM: Shirley L. Fagan
11500 E. 124th Avenue
Brighton, CO 80601
~ ~~~--
