R <br />i <br />products located at the mining site are specifically included. <br />The deadline to apply for a storm water permit was October 1, <br />1992. If a storm water permit for this mine has not yet been <br />obtained, the operator must make application for such a permit <br />as soon as possible. If any storm water control structures <br />are required to be constructed at the mine as a result of the <br />storm water permitting process, a revision must then be <br />submitted to this Division to include the operational and <br />reclamation aspects of such structures in the Reclamation <br />Permit. <br />Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the permit <br />application must be filed with the Division and with the County <br />Clerk and Recorder.
