Drainage ~rossingn will be constructed so as not to cause siltation or <br />accumulation o debris. Low water crossings in accordance with BLH standards <br />eha.ll be utilized. <br />11. All access roads shall have waterdipe fnata2led and maintained in accordance <br />with 8L6S standards. <br />12. Vse or disposal of nuclear or hazardous materials, ae defined by the <br />Em.ironmental Protection Agency and pertinent laws and regulations ie not <br />permitted. <br />13.. Stockpiled materials shall not exceed an maximum height of 2D ft. <br />14.. Any fuel or ail spills along with the contaminated soil will be cleaned up <br />immediately and disposed of in an approved disposal facility. <br />
