B. A SUMMARY OF EACH COMPREHENSIVE STORMWATER FACILITY INSPECTION <br />MADE.... <br />New Horizon Mine is small enough in land area thafall active areas in the permit boundary are <br />inspected for SWMP compliance daily, Monday -Friday. This includes ditches, culverts, <br />sediment ponds, diversion ditches, petroleum storage facilities, and etc. Non-active areas, such <br />as established reclaimed areas awaiting reclamation bond release, are inspected weekly. Any <br />deficiencies noted during any of the inspections were corrected promptly. <br />C. RESULTS AND INTERPRETATION OF ANY STORMWATER MONITORING.. <br />Sediment Pond 007 water discharges was tested weeklyforthe parameters listed in our NPDES permit. <br />All samples passed the water quality parameter set by our NPDES permit. Ponds 008 and 009 never <br />discharged. <br />There was no significant storm events in 2002. All ditches and sediment ponds functioned properly. <br />Pond 008 and 009 were basicallydrythroughout the year. Pond 007 continue to discharge all year long <br />and water quality is measured and recorded as per our NPDES permit. <br />Monitoring Results Attached?
