The ten acres of the 22 acres which were removed from <br />irrigation in 1982 will have a 15.9% reduction in consumptive use credit for non-use <br />between 1982 and 2000, The remaining twelve acres of the 22 acres will have a <br />7.1% reduction in consumptive use credit for non-use between 1992-2000. The <br />monthly distribution on historic consumptive use credit available from the dry-up of <br />22 acres is as shown on Exhibit 4, column (3). <br />iv.
