I would estimate
this being mixed with rock
very difficult to estimate
ultimate pit area with the
6-8,000 cubic yards should
EXHIBIT F - RECLAMATION PLANS
a is not an abundance over the
there to possibly be 2,000 yards,
from previous operations. It is
total topsoil yardage over the
irregular terrain, but I feel
be a fair estimate.
1. See attached sheets from Soil Conservation Service.
2A. See Soil Conservation Service attached sheets.
oK~~ Q ~ 2B. Benching to 15' levels can be constructed. We would
prefer 20' benching which is well within MSHA regulations.
~~// 3~zy ~~ 2C. Wildlife access can be constructed in the bench areas.
`~~I~~P./ 2D. The bench areas can be reclaimed as area is mined out. The
reason for this being that it wouldn't be practical to place top-
soil above an area we are still working due to the fact that a
certain amount is going to wash over the face. The material
being mined is a White Marble and this would contaminate our
product. However, if it was placed over areas completed this
would pose no problem.
4. This is included in above statements.
5. Map included,
6. Highwall will be stable. There will only be material
eroded off face until seeding ie established.
7. Waste rock and fines will be placed against toe of high-
walls to slope pit to drain and for contouring.
8. There should be sufficient topsoil to cover pit floors
4-6" and benches 1 foot ±.
EXHIBIT E - MAP
Shown on TOPO map.
2.
