As an example, in 1980 the total disturbed acreage is <br /> 281.5, 28.6 acres are stripped of topsoil, and 46.0 acre,5 are reclaimed; <br /> this should leave 264.1 acres disturbed in 1981. Prilpr to;i1980 <br />265.4 acres had been disturbed.
