The following reclamation scheme is planned for the loadout
area.
All coal handling facilities will be removed. This includes the
following structures:
o Truck Dump
o Crusher
o Conveyors
o Stacking Tube
o Train Loadout
o Office and Change House
o Railroad Spur
All disturbed areas will be topsoilded and tested for nutrient
requirements (fertilizer).
The proposed post mining land use for the loadout area will be
for grazing and hay production. This is not a change in land
use. Historically this area has been used for grazing, hay, and
wheat production.
The following pasture seed mixture will be applied to all dis-
turbed areas.
