• EXHIBIT 19 Bonding Requirement for Apache Canyon Airshafts <br />Apache North Airshaft <br />This facility is a prelaw structure. The shaft has been sealed in accordance with the approved reclamation <br />plan, the disturbed area contoured, ripped, and then seeded with the approved seed mix and mulched. Less <br />than one acre of acmal disturbance required revege[ation. Remaining reclamation expenses may include <br />monitoring vegetative success, erosion control, and provision for total reseeding of the site: <br />Administrative Costs @ $200/Yr $ 1,600 <br />Vegetation Assessment 500 <br />Erosion Control 8 /hrs @ $55/Hr 440 <br />Reseed @ $500/Acre 500 <br />TOTAL $ 3,040 <br />Apache South Airshaft <br />The shaft has been sealed in accordance with the approved reclamation plan, the disturbed area contoured, <br />ripped, and topsoil stripped from the area during construction of the facility, respread over the dismrbed <br />area. The area was then seeded with the approved seed mix and mulched. Less than one acre of actual <br />disturbance required revegetation.
