The <br />cmcr~ency spillway elevation was surveyed at 6835.72 and the lowest riser hole was <br />surveyed at 6830.34. These reference elevations were used for the fourth quarter reports <br />:tnd will be used in future reports. <br />At Fislr Creek Tipple, the riser was lowered and the emergency spillway was raised. The <br />inspection was performed on November 17. 1997. A survey of the riser, embankment, <br />and emergency spillway performed on November 25, 1997. Upon review of the survey <br />information. TCC has decided to survey additional topography of the pond. The <br />elevations determined by GPS were significantly different from the elevations determined <br />by conventional methods and insufficient points were shot to correlate to the previous <br />survey.
