Seeding
was performed following the best information available from
qualified U.S. Forest Service oersonnel, Fraser Experimental
Forest. and State of Colorado Land Reclamation Board.
Reclamation will continue on all finished slopes to no
closer than 150 feet from caorking face as work progresses,
using recommendations received from U.S.D.A. Soil Conservation
Service (See exhibit J), U.S. Forest Service personnel and
State of Colorado Land Reclamation Boarcl.
The operator, in agreement with ocmer and according to
recommendations by qualified U.S. Forest Service Personnel,
U.S.D.A Soil Conservation Service and State of Colorado Land
Reclamtion Board, has chosen to reclaim for range land all
land affected by operation. It should be noted here that
surrounding land is owned by owner of gravel pit and is
used as range land and the Denver Ldater board who leases
their property as "Dry Land Grazing". No change of use of
surrounding land is expected.
All guidelines as set forth in the attached Land
Stabilization and Reclamation Agreement between operator and
Land Reclamation Board dated Nov. 2, 1973 and filed with the
State of Colorado Nov. 4, 1973 will be followed as outlined
in agreement.

I,
