III. RECEIVING STREAM: A. Identification, Classification and Standards 1. Identification: Discharges to Foidel Creek, Fish Creek and Middle Creek - all tributary to Trout Creek. These receiving waters, including TrouC Creek, are within segment 13b of the Yampa River sub-basin, Upper Colorado River basin. 2. Classification: Segment 13b is classified for the following uses: Recreation, Class 1; Aquatic Life, Class 1 (cold); Agriculture. 3. Numeric Standards: The complete list of standards which have been assigned in accordance with the above classifications can be found in 3.3.0, Classifications and Numeric Standards for the Upper Colorado River Basin (5 CCR 1002-8).
