RECEIVING STREAM: <br />A. Identification, Classification and Standards <br />1. Identification: Discharges to Foidel Creek, Fish Creek and Middle Creek - all <br />tributary to Trout Creek. These receiving waters, including TrouC Creek, are <br />within segment 13b of the Yampa River sub-basin, Upper Colorado River basin. <br />2. Classification: Segment 13b is classified for the following uses: Recreation, <br />Class 1; Aquatic Life, Class 1 (cold); Agriculture. <br />3. Numeric Standards: The complete list of standards which have been assigned in <br />accordance with the above classifications can be found in 3.3.0, Classifications <br />and Numeric Standards for the Upper Colorado River Basin (5 CCR 1002-8).
