PART I <br />Page No. 3 <br />Perini[ No. CO-0045161 <br />A. DEFINTI'ION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br />I. Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through March 31, 2004, the pertnittee is authorized to <br />dischazge from the outfalls defined below: <br />Outfalls 001a, 002a, 003a, 004a, OOSa, 006a, 007a, 008a, 009a and OlOa -the dischazges consisting solely of surface <br />runoff, except outfall OOIa which may include groundwater, and 008a which may include underdrain water--all prior <br />to entering state wa[ers; and, <br />Outfalls 002b -the dischazge that consists of vehicle wash water and may include surface runoff, 004b, 007b, 008b, <br />009b and OlOb -the dischazges tbat consist of pi[ pumpage-all prior to entering sedimentation ponds. <br />In accordance with the Colorado Water Qttaliry Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4 (5 <br />CCR 1002-62), and the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Secrion 61.8 (2), (5 CCR 1002-61), the permitted <br />dischazge shall not contain effluem pazameter concentrations which exceed the following limitarions specified below or <br />exceed the specified flow limitation. <br />a.
