Additional information is being collected and <br />will be available in late spring 1979 for anzlysis. <br />• <br />Criterion t1e. 13 -- falcon Cliff Nesting Sites <br />Analysis: No falcon cliff nesting sites are present en the <br />area and the criterion is, therefore, not applicable. <br />Criterion tlo. 14 -- !Migratory Birds <br />Analysis: Migratory wa*_erfo+rl tivinter along the riparian <br />habitat of the North Fork of the Gunnison River. During <br />most of the v:inter, hoarever, this sectior~ of the river is <br />frozen over and unusable to the r;aterr"o~;l. The lands do <br />not constitute priority habitat and therefore, the <br />criterion does not apply. <br />Criterion No. 15 -- State Resident Fish and tJildlife <br />Analvsis: The entire area of these federal lands has been <br />classified by Division of 'r;ildlife (DC:J) and USFt;S as <br />Critical rule deer and elk winter range. The criterion, <br />however, requires that these lands be the most critical <br />wintering ranee and consultation ~;ith DC4. has indicated <br /> <br />
