Comments also describe any enforcement actions takerrduring;the inspection .:. . <br />f and the facts or evidence supporting-the. enforcemenhaction.. . <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Yoast Mine conducted by Harry Ranney of the DMG. Aerial <br />photographs were taken on February 25, 2004. The aerial photos were reviewed by Mike Boulay <br />of the DMG. Weather conditions were cloudy at the time of the flight. The majority of the mine <br />~odE-~ site was heavily covered in snow. No significant activity was noted at the site, during the aerial <br />rnspection. <br />w <br />Haul Roads ~ r ~ ~ ~ , ._ <br />Haul Roads A, B and D were viewed. Road ditches and road drainage runouts were snow <br />covered. Haul Roads A and B were mostly free of snow and appear to have been recently <br />graded: The site was generally well maintained and no problems were noted with this aerial <br />inspection of the mine. <br />Hvdroloeic Balance <br />Sedimentation Ponds 010, 012, 013, and 0.14 were viewed: All of ese sedimeritationponds <br />were retaining water. But`none'of'these ponds were drscharging ai`e time of the flight. The <br />pond surfaces all appear to be frozen.
