In the affected area the study that I made from my own <br />observations, the topsoil suitable for.-plant growth <br />ranges 0 to 3' max. with average o~~.5~ ~-oPS,+~ <br />There is patches of native grass growing from small mounds ~ u <br />to large mounds of decompose rock to small mounds of <br />topso i 1 . My plan is to scrape the~ia-i to i 1 <br />~- <br />off and immediately reapply~p"l ant growth medium, after <br />salvage to a early disturbed a, t a now as been back <br />fi wash rock and overburden and then gradient to <br />:l slope <br />The 3 acres known as the affected area has no trees or <br />shrubs and it is obvious the soil will not support trees <br />or shrubs because of very poor soil conditions. <br />I received a letter back from Soil Conservation Service <br />out of Salida CO. I wrote them early asking for some <br />recommendations for affected area. The letters is enclosed. <br />2. There is no man-made structures with in a mile of the <br />affected area. I have enclosed a contour map to show <br />improvements, there is none to be seen. <br />I have enclosed a map showing the cashe creek ditch drainage <br />from the 160 acres, also a map drawn showing the <br />roads to egress and ingress from my property. <br />
