• 12. I plan to make no open pits or bank cuts that will
allow soil erosion, make gentle grades and impound all water
from the sluice boxes. I plan to construct a earth dam at
the base of the affected area to catch and hold all run off
to prevent off sit damage. Keep the topsoil clean up and
graded out daily, use no chemicals or mercury on the
property.
13. The alluvial gravel will be process on-site
includes screen[ng and washing~no crushing leaching or
milling will be done, this will only be a placer mining
progect.
No plant facilities, no tailing and heaps, no chemical
treatment will be used.
Drainage control. During the mining operation in the summer
the upland drainage will be directed into Cashe Creek Ditch
as always as nature has designed the water shed. The
significant rainfall that falls directly on the affected
area will be directed into the fresh water pond to be
utilized by the screenplant, if the freshwater pond becomes
full there will be a outlet port to the settling pond.
When the mining season is over the settling ponds will be
drained and cleaned and left open till the next mining
season.
Maps and Plans: See Exhibit E Maps
Y
