,.e <br />Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations have been made in conjunction with the U.S. EPA that <br />limitations and conditions imposed in these permits implement all applicable statutes and regulations and water <br />quality standards. <br />Public Meetines: Permit Action: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by December 1. 1996, interested persons may <br />submit a written request for a public meeting on the tentative determination. The Division, after considering all <br />requests, may grant a public tneeting for good cause shown. It will be held within sixty (60) days of the date of <br />public notice. <br />Public Comments: Permit Actions: Pursuamt to 25-8-502(3)(c) interested persons may submit written <br />comments om the tentative determination provided they are received by the Division by December 1. 1996. All <br />comments received prior to said date will be wosidered in the formulation of final conditioms and limitations. If <br />a public meetimg is held, the public comment period shall close sixty (60) days following the public motice. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if nine is held, the Department will issue or deny <br />the final permit. Civil Penalties: Copies of relevant <br />information can be obtained for a fee by writing to the WQCD at the above address. To make an appointment <br />with the WQCD to review materials at our office please call (303) 692-3590. <br />Material Iniurv to Water Riahfs: In accordance wiW C.R.S. 25-8-104 (2) (d) (1989), any person who <br />believes that any actions proposed in this notice have the potential to cause material injury to a water right is <br />advised to contact the Division, in writing by December 1. 1996.
