9¢rmM¢rer,Nattayrmenr Plan <br />STORMWATER CONTROLS <br />Slurco Corporation has worked closely with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology to <br />undertake total reclamation of the Canadian Strip Mine. The Reclamation Plan is an element <br />of the Permit to Conduct Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Activities, Permit No. C-81- <br />026. The stormwater controls contained therein include sedimentation ponds and revegetation <br />techniques which are incorporated here by reference. <br />SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES <br />No new operations or activities will be undertaken by Slurco Corporation at the reclaimed <br />Canadian Strip Mine. ~ <br />PLAN AVAILABILITY <br />Since no facilities or personnel are at the site, a copy of this amended SWMP will be kept at the <br />Counry Courthouse in Walden, Colorado. The amended SWMP will be available to all <br />personnel involved with compliance for the Reclaimed Canadian Strip Mine. <br />PERSONNEL RESPONSIBLE FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />The following Slurco Corporation personnel will be directly responsible for the amended SWMP <br />at the Reclaimed Canadian Strip Mine. <br />Mr. Jem Koblitz Permit Coordinator <br />Name Title <br />WASTE MINIMIZATION AND POLLUTION PREVENTION <br />Slurco Corporation does not have waste materials stored at its reclaimed mine site. <br />MATERIALS CONTAINMENT <br />The amended SWMP for the Reclaimed Canadian Strip Mine does not include information and <br />procedures for the prevention and containment of spills of materials used, processed or stored <br />at the site which if spilled would have a reasonable probability of having a detrimental impact <br />on the waters of Colorado. Slurco Corporation does not have such materials present at the <br />Reclaimed Canadian Strip Mine and will therefore provide a letter to the Colorado Department <br />of Health citing the lack of these materials as part of its first annual report on the SWMP. <br />R 1.091 /J/02-0G95f 1:35pm) 3 <br />
