SWMP Administrator <br />The SWMP Administrator, that person responsible for developing the SWMP and assisting <br />the mine operator in its implementation, maintenance, and revision is the Environmental <br />Engineer. In the event that this position is vacant, these responsibilities are passed to the <br />Surface Facilities Foreman. <br />b. Risk Identification and Assessment <br />All levels of supervision are charged specifically, and all employees are charged in general, <br />with risk identification (impacts to Stormwater quality). An initial assessment of any risk <br />identified is made by the Environmental Engineer, and the corrective action (or decision of <br />no action required) is implemented. For the fifteen small area exemptions: <br />SMALL AREA EXEMPTION RISK ASSESSMENT <br />east side of the development erosion low. This side is inactive, <br />coal waste pile and has been stabilized <br /> with vegetation <br />pump house erosion ]ow. The site is inactive, <br /> thus there is minimal traf- <br /> fic.
