Site Map
Surface facilities and roads are portrayed on Map Numbers 11 and 12. The sediment and
surface water control plan for the east and west portals is portrayed on Maps Numbers 13
and 14.
Areas outside the area that contribute runoff to outfalls that are subject to effluent limitation
guidelines are very limited. The access road to the site might be considered such an area.
• As this road is short (controlled drainage area is quickly entered), quantities of run-off are
negligible.
4. Description of Potential Pollutant Sources/Material Inventory
The only known potential pollutant within the purview of this Stormwater Management Plan
is suspended soil solids from erosion from small area exemptions and associated roads, or
spill from the conveyor transporting waste from the washing plant to the refuse disposal site.
There is no foreseeable spill that might occur outside those areas covered by Permits C 81-
012 and CO-0000906. No significant spills or significant leaks of toxic or hazardous
pollutants are known. By reference, the Corporate Spill Prevention Control and
Countermeasure Plan is part of this application (included in documentation in support of
Permit No. C81-012). Records of spills, corrective actions, and incident closure documenta-
tion is on file for review as part of that Plan.
• Page 2 of 7 Pages
