<br />1. Effluent Limitations
<br />Beginning immediately and lasting through 117arch 31, 1999, the permittee is authorized w discharge from oulfalls 003, 004,
<br />007,009,011,012,013,014,015,016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023 and 024.
<br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for ERluent Limil;ttions, Section 10.1.3, and State
<br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain eFlluenl
<br />parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below.
<br />(a) Outfalls 004, 007, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, and 021 - (surface runoff only)
