5 <br />As shown in the attached materials, this system is cazefully designed and managed to <br />collect and pump only the waters piped to the concrete vault and the over-designed <br />pumping system is completed with back-up pumps and diesel generator power suited to <br />handle all potential inflows to the vault. <br />CC&V understands that the Office of the State Engineer has determined that the <br />pumpback system functions as a shallow well in the Arequa Gulch alluvium and has <br />therefore requested CC&V to obtain a well permit.
