<br />Outlet & spills were free and unobstructed and should function as designed. <br />No sign of erosion damage. <br />Aquatic plant growth (dormant) in the middle ofthe pond was observed. <br />Small amount of sedimentation at junction of inlet channels and bottom of pond. <br />Recent effort to clean out some ofthe sediment. <br />Cornments and/or recommendations for this quarterly inspection report include <br />monitor side slopes for erosion damage and perform pond cleaning & maintenance as <br />requved. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my professional expertise, the <br />Sedimentation Pond No. 4 at the Southfield Mine is being maintained in conformance with <br />the prudent state-of--the-art of earthen embankment construction. <br />I hereby certify, based upon my field observations and professional investigations, <br />as detailed here above, that the Sedimentation Pond No. 4 at Energy Fuels Coal, <br />Incorporated's Southfield Mine, located in Fremont County, Colorado, is being <br />maintained in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Division. <br />By: <br />
