• Section 822.14(d) Continued. <br />Direct counting of harvest in tons per acre will 6e performed after <br />each growing season and correlated with SCS data reported by each <br />farm. It is assumed that production data collected over a large <br />area of the alluvial valley floor would yield more representative <br />results than data collected in a small vegetative reference area at <br />each site. Factors such as varying amounts of rainfall, changing <br />farming methods and local irrigation practices will he accounted <br />for in the analysis ~f annual crop production data. <br />Hydrologic data over the past water-year and agricultural produc- <br />tion data over the past growing season will be reported annually to <br />the regulatory agency on or before November 1st of each year. <br />Reporting will continue throughout the bonding period. <br />• <br /> <br />822-6 <br />
