Phosphorus rnonitortng ofthe discharges will <br />not be required. <br />~he permittee is encouraged to read the general rationale for an understanding afhow this permit was developed and to read the permit to <br />see what requirements exist. CO-003368. It has been determined that this facility's <br />discharges can be now covered under this general permit. Based on the above information, Bowie Resources, Ltd. is certified to discharge <br />from the Bowie No. 1 East and the Bowie No. 1 West Mines under the general pesmit for coal mining, identified as permit number <br />COG-850000.
