~-- -- .. <br />The Board of Commissioners <br />meeting at 11:00 a.m. on T <br />Georgetown. The Board had <br />earlier in the morning and <br />on. <br />JUNE 9, 1983 . <br />convened the continuation of their regular <br />Zrusday, June 9, 1983 in the Courthouse at <br />visited the site of the Walstrum Quarry <br />convened to continue the public hearing there- <br />Present for the continued hearing were Commissioners Lucas, Guanella, and <br />Hruska, Administrative Officer Holmes, Planner Weaver, Lou Olnhausen <br />(representing S.L. Olnhausen), Robert Young, Albert Frei, and Tom Briddle. <br />The minutes of the proceedings were tape recorded and may be found on file <br />in the County Archive under the above date. <br />Planner Weaver again read recommendations relative to the rezoning request <br />from the County Planning Commission. The recommendations were read into <br />the record on June 6, 1983 as well. <br />Letters from Mr. Frei and Mr. Young were also reviewed for the record and <br />may be found in the Commissioners' minutes of June 6, 1983. <br />The Board reviewed a map of the proposed Frei operation which had been <br />submitted as a part of Mr. Frei's permit application to the Bureau of <br />Mined Land Reclamation. <br />Mr. Guanella reiterated that fencing requirements had been established <br />during the Board's meeting of June 6th and it was agreed those require- <br />ments should appear on the Official Development Plan. It was also agreed <br />that easements for future access to other properties in the area should <br />.19041 be shown on the ODP. <br />11082 It was agreed that an agreement regarding mutual easements between Dlr. Frei <br />and Dir. Young would be drawn and presented to the Board for revietia and <br />approval to complete the County's requirements for approval of the rezoning <br />request. <br />11332 Mr. Hruska moved to grant the rezoning for the Walstrum aggregrate quarry <br />subject.to the Planning Commission's recommendations and and the Board's <br />stipulations regarding access and fencing, all of which 1ai11 be represented <br />on the Official Development Plan. Mr. Guanella provided a second and the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />The hearing was closed at noon and the meeting adjourned. <br />airman <br />
