! ~ ~ <br />Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />26.4.8 The sand and gravel used to plate the plant area and <br />access roads is naturally self-armoring and erosion <br />resistant. <br />26.4.9 The reconstruction of the Lupton Bottoms Ditch will <br />comply with the requirements listed below: <br />26.4.9.1 Fort Lupton has been notified; see attached letter. <br />26.4.9.2 Colorado Water Conservation Board has been notified; <br />see attached letter. <br />26.4.9.3 FEMA has been notified; see attached letter. <br />26.4.9.4 As indicated in the attached letter to the Lupton <br />Bottoms Ditch Company, the capacity of the <br />reconstructed ditch will equal or exceed the existing <br />capacity. The flow-line alignment, elevation, and cross- <br />section of the ditch will not change.
