At the termination of the lease, ~:o leave the <br />].eased property in an orderly and clean condition conforming <br />to the requirements of the reclamation plan shown in the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Aoard "mining hermit" <br />13. To pay all personal. property taxes on .the <br />personal property of the Lessee in and about the leased <br />• <br />r~rernises. <br />14. Not to suffer or allocv any lien, judgment,` <br />levy or atL-a%liment to be placed upon the property of the <br />• <br />Lessor ]~y reason of the Lessee or of its acL-ivities. <br />7.5. Mi.ni.micm rent. To pay the Lessor a minimum <br />rental per year, on or before May 15th of each year commencing <br />• <br />May 15, 1979, of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). <br />'Phere shall be credited against the minimum <br />rental all sums paid in the preceding twelve months on <br />• <br />account of sand and gravel taken from the lease in the <br />preceding twelve months. There. shall be no carryover of <br />excess from year to year. <br />16.
