Rent:. To pay to the Lessor ~~for, all, sand, <br />gravel, overburi9en and tcp soil removed the sum of Twenty- <br />~ seven and one-hzilf cents ($0.275) per 'short ton (2000 pounds) <br />or forty-one and ona-qual:ter cents ($O.A125) per cubic yard. <br />9. F•.scal.ation. Commencing on May 1, 1980, and on <br />• the first day of May each year thereafter, the royalty shall <br />escalate at the rate of five per. cent (5~) per year. <br />10. P J~~tit.
