Without a <br />more definitive core drilling program, the best estimation at <br />this time is for a maximum of 10' of overburden and 20' of <br />clay seam. Mining is proposed to proceed from the east pe- <br />rimeter to the southwest with the same mining methods as <br />describod in Phase I. Access is directly ncross the road <br />from the access to Phase I. Other items are detailed on the <br />map. <br />? It must be kept in mind that both the timetable and mining <br />plan are but estimations at this time and can vary with brick <br />demand and clay thickness. <br />5. Exhibit D mentions an overburden layer at depth of 2 to <br />10 fleet. Exhibit E states that "there riill be no spoil". Is <br />this overburden to be regarded as distinct and different from <br />spoil . Phase II and III have been shown on the mining map <br />with timing projected as: <br />Phase II - 2014 - 2030 <br />Phase III- 2030 - 2040 <br />Mining will start adjacent to the east perimeter and proceed <br />southwest in the same manner as described for Phase I. It <br />should be obvious that these time projections are just that. <br />Projecting business demand 45 years ahead is a very nebulous <br />task. <br />
