My clients make the following objections to the application: <br />I, The application does not contain a proposed hauling mad. Section 34 32.5 103, <br />C.RS. defines "affected land" to include private ways and roads, including off site <br />roads constructed for purposes related to the operation. My clients also object to the <br />use of County Road 613 as a proposed hauling road as being detrimental to the heahh, <br />safety and welfare of my clients. <br />2, The applicant. failed to mail a copy of the notice immediately after first publication to <br />all owners of all land surface within two hundred feet of the affected lands, as <br />required pursuant to Section 34 32.5 113, C.RS. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~ <br />Dawn M.
