Ruskin Construction Company, Velazde Pi[ Regulaz (112) Permit Application, File. ~ .. <br />No. M-2002-118 <br />Deaz Mr. Gagliano: <br />On January 15, 2003, the Division received an objection to D. G. Ruskin Construction's application for a ll2 permit <br />for their proposed Velazde Pi[. The objection was received from Dawn M. Mann, Attorney at Law, representing <br />John IGmbrel, Ben Franciscotti, Bill Ugolinis and Jim Hribaz. A copy of the objection is attached. Please contact <br />the objectors and determine exactly what aze the reasons for the objection and whether they can be resolved. . <br />Provide any agreement to resolve the problems to the Division. These should be submitted as changes to [he ~ . <br />application, if necessary. <br />Since an objection to the application has been received, Rule 1.4.9(1) requires that the Division make a decision on ~, ... ~ . <br />the application between March 7`s and 12`" 2003. If the objectors do not withdraw their objection, in writing, the - <br />Division will issue a decision on [he application in the form of a recommendation and schedule the matter fora <br />Formal Public Heazing to be conducted by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board at their March 26-27: 2003 <br />meeting. <br />If [he matter is scheduled for a hearing, the Division may schedule aPre-Heazing Conference to be conducted in . <br />accordance with Rule 2.7.
