The existing waate dump material at the White Cloud and Wynona mines will
be used as a source of both borrow material to improve the tailings embank-
ment. Both of these mine dumps contain material consisting of a mixture of
gold-silver telluride bearing quartz vein, sad waste rocks which are granitic,
aplitic or pegmatitic in composition. 'These mine dumps are situated on the
patented White Cloud, Wynona, Good Enough, Hazel A., Hercules, and Oscar
claims, and on the unpatented Gold mew No. 1 and JoAnne claims. The waste
dumps that will be used ae a source of borrow material, and those portions that
will be reworked, axe all within the affected land area included in this permit
application.
The White Cloud mine dump has a total tonnage of approximately 20,000 tons
of material. Sampling has shown that by sorting aad simple upgrading, at
least 10,000 tone of this waste dump material can be raised to an ore grade.
Production will commence on the southwestern portion of the White Cloud
mine dump below the caved shaft collar, and proceed east along the southern
face of the mine dump. The ore grade vein material will be stockpiled near the
wynona mine shaft for later processing in the mill, and the segregated waste
rock will be used for extending the tailings dam embanl~ent. At the comple-
tion of the White Cloud none dump sorting and upgrading operation, approxi-
mately 90 percent of the material will have been removed from its present
location.
EXHIBIT C
Mixxing Plan
1.)
