Applicants shall conform to all plans, drawings and represen- <br />tations submitted with or contained within the application <br />except as may be inconsistent with the other provision's of <br />the permit. <br />5. Applicants shall comply with all laws and regulations of~the <br />State of Colorado, its agencies or departments, the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Fremont County, and the United States <br />of America, its agencies or departments, as now in force and <br />effect or as the same may be hereafter amended. <br />6.
