State Sampling: There are no state sampling results available for this facility. <br />B. L'ampliance With Terms and Conditions of Previous Permit <br />1. Effluent Limitations: The data shown in the preceding table indicate that the facility has maintained compliance with the <br />previous permit except for continuous failures ajthe WET Ceriodaphnia test. The permittee has performed an analysis, which <br />determined that salmiryry is the ppollutant responsible for the test failures. On this basis, the permittee has requested a WET test <br />species change from Ceriodaphnia sp. to Daphnia magna. This change is made in this permit renewal. <br />2. Other Permit Re uirements: During the two-year period reviewed, the permittee was late in submitting quarterly DMRs 6 of <br />t e ca en ar quarters. t the time of the drafting ojthis rationale, the permittee was delinquent on subm:sston of DMRs far <br />the, first and second calendar quarters of 2003. <br />VI.
