Inasmuch <br /> as the ESASP was constructed mote than six years ago, this report is an <br /> "as functioning" rather than "as built" report. <br /> B <br />M <br />d <br />N <br />1 M <br /> ) <br />ows <br />ine, <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, (CMLR <br />ea <br />o, <br /> Permit No. C-81-029, sets forth the following design specifications for <br /> the ESASP: <br /> A, Total volume = 0.27 acre feet (acft) <br /> a. This volume is calculated to contain the 10 year, 24 <br />• hour storm runoff from 15,9 acres, precipitation 1.6 <br /> inches with an unadjusted peak flow runoff factor of <br /> 0.20 inches. <br /> Total 15.9 X 0.20/12" = 0.265 acft <br /> B, Embankment shape suggested to be 65 feet by 65 feet, an area <br />• of 4225 square feet (sgft) or 0.097 acres. <br /> C. Storage area depth to be 3 feet. <br /> D.
