• ERIiIBIT H - WILDLIFE <br />LP-21 <br />A. According to information supplied by the Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife, the mayor species inhabiting <br />the area surrounding the LP-21 operation are deer, <br />mountain lions,. coyotes, bobcats, eagles, cottontail <br />rabbits, and other smell mammals and birds. <br />B. The most important seasonal use of the area is as a <br />winter range for deer. <br />C. There are no threatened or endangered species lmown <br />to inhabit the area. <br />D. The Colorado Division of Wildlife has found the impact <br />of the m{n~ operation on wildlife to be minor. Human <br />activity is the general area over the past several years <br />is responsible for much of the impact with road construc- <br />tion causing lose of deer habitat and forage. <br /> <br />C~ <br />
