Manufactured mulch <br />netting: Mulch netting will be <br />pulled hand tight over straw. <br />Mulch netting will be held firmly <br />in place by metal pins commer- <br />cially available from mulch net <br />manufacturers for this purpose. <br />They are usually made of 8 guage <br />wire and are 6-8 inches long. Pin <br />spacing will be in accordance with <br />the manufacturer's instructions. <br />If the soil is sandy or otherwise <br />loose, use longer pins and wooden <br />stakes to firmly secure the <br />netting. <br />~, <br />TGN /I182 2/82 <br />
