The sediment level in the <br />ql pond was about 3 feet below the pprinciple spillway. The design <br />i <br />i <br />d <br />i <br />s 0$ sed <br />ment bu <br />l <br />-up <br />sediment level is 1.5 feet below,,therefore there <br />in the pond. The valve on the primary spillway was functional and the <br />spillway was clear.
