EXHIBIT D - MINING PLAN

1. Removal of topsoil or overburden is accomplished
by operation of 2 small (J.D. 5010) paddle scrapers.
2. Estimated life of the mine based on estimated
reserves of 3 million tons - 50 years.
3. (a.) No spray bars are required on crusher.
(b.) No eiuY,ssion permits are required.
(c.) Only source of water is town water
supply. ( 1 inch line)
4. 40 acres of major disturbance and 10 acres of
moderate disturbance will not be maintained
due to the nature of the deposit. We will
have 85 acres of major disturbance upon
exhausting the deposit.
5. Ranges and heights of walls within the deposit-
