4. Submittal of a revised mining plan showing:
a) No stockpiling of materials or storage of equipment adjacent
to public right-of-way or adjacent to the Fulton Ditch.
b) Buffering and screening adjacent to residential zoning to the
south, and adjacent to public right-of-way.
c) Stating hours of operation being 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.,
Monday through Saturday, except holidays. Maintenance of
equipment may not occur later than 10:00.p.m.
d) Stating the beginning and ending dates of phases of develop-
ment and reclamation within the twelve year time limit.
5. Submittal of a revised reclamation plan showing:
a) Planting of trees along the shoreline at a distance of one
tree every 250 feet on center.
b) Revised sloping at 4h:ly slope at the north end of the site
and adjacent to the existing home.
c) Revised planing specifications requested by West Adams Soil
Conservation District.
6. Submittal of an agreement with the owner of the residences to
allow mining up to 100 feet of the structures.
STI PULATIONS:
1. Submittal of a final plat within 90 days of approval of the con-
ditional use.
2. Demonstration that the proposed processing plant will meet Adams
County noise standards prior to construction of the plant.
3. Submittal of an agreement with the Fulton Ditch Company for
required easements.
4. Submittal of an agreement with the adjacent property owner for
discharge of washwater.
5. Submittal of approval of the State Health Department for discharge
of washwater.
