<br />Sons, Case #59-86-C, requesting Conditional Use for a sand and gravel
<br />mining operation, on the following described property:
<br />That part of Section 3, T2S, R67W of the 6th P.M., County of
<br />Adams, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the S} corner of said Section 3; thence N33°56'20"W,
<br />on an assumed bearing, a distance of 1598.88' to the true point of
<br />beginning, said point being the intersection of the centerline of
