Proposed future use needs to be specific.
B) Exhibit B - Index Map
1. Needs to show the regional location of the affected
land. A standard U.S.G.S. topographic quadrangle or
equivalent is acceptable.
C) Exhibit D - Mining Plan
1. We need to know, in more definite terms, whether
or not there will be ponds at the completion of reclama-
tion. If the ponds will be filled, we will need to
have a time table for this phase of the operation.
2. What type of "clean fill material" will be placed
into this equifer.
3. Need to address the issue of possible ground water
contamination either through siltation or toxic substances.
4. If the area will be backfilled for an industrial site,
it will probably need to be compacted accordingly.
5. Is a permit required to use that portion of Colorado
Boulevard which is not a public road.
6. Has permission been obtained to use the existing
gravel access road?
7. According to Adams County Authorities, a clean fill
permit is required to dump clean fill into the ponds.
